Why aren’t prices listed?
Plants vary a lot: number of lines, devices, sites, and how much history you keep. We share a written quote after a short call so the number reflects your floor, not a generic bundle.
How is Setpoint billed?
Plans are sized by connected devices: the edge devices on your lines and the central servers that manage them. Your quote spells out exactly what is included.
Do we need to replace our PLCs or historian?
No. Setpoint connects to the controllers you already run and can sit alongside an existing historian while you evaluate it.
Does our data leave the plant?
Data is logged on the edge device at the line. You choose whether to archive to cloud storage and whether AI Chat uses cloud or local models.
Can we start with one line?
Yes, and we recommend it. Connect one line, prove the value with your own data, then add lines and sites on the same plan.
